Alignment is when we are physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually in harmony within ourselves. Misalignment will lead to setbacks, blocks, chaos, confusion and heartbreak (and we don’t want that!).
As a holistic kinesiologist, reiki practitioner and mindset coach, I know not only how to identify the misalignments, but how to clear them too. With my down-to-Earth, no-BS approach (thanks to an upbringing in rural Australia), there’s only just enough woo-woo to be effective - no fluff (promise).
We will be diving into various energetics topics (with and without podcast guests) so you can discover how to align your energy to what you want, do the inspired actions and become the person you always dreamt of being (whilst enjoying your life along the way!).

Today, we’re addressing the stress tied to blame. Whether you’re blaming yourself, someone else, or external circumstances, holding onto blame keeps you stuck in the past and lowers your energetic vibration. It’s time to release it and take a step forward.
In this episode, we’ll explore how to:
- Take self-responsibility for mistakes or situations, allowing you to make amends and start fresh.
- Set boundaries when others’ blame affects your emotional state.
- Let go of the weight of blame and focus on creating a vision for the future.

2️⃣ Create a vision board: Gather photos that represent how you want to feel and what you want to manifest in your relationships, career, health, and home life.

Hi, everyone! Welcome to Day 7 of the 30-Day Life Reset!
Today, the emotion that came up was blame. Stress around the word blame can manifest in different ways:
- Are you blaming yourself?
- Are others blaming you?
- Are you blaming external circumstances for how this year went?
No matter where the blame is directed, it’s not serving you. Today, we’re going to let it go.
Taking Self-Responsibility
If you’ve been blaming yourself—feeling down about mistakes or things that didn’t work out this year—it’s time to release that energy. Carrying blame into the next year will only drag you down, lowering your vibration and holding you back from the fresh start you deserve.
On the other hand, if someone else is blaming you and it’s impacting your emotional state, it’s time to set stronger boundaries. Often, blame from others reflects more about them than it does about you. Take responsibility for your part, make amends if needed, and move forward with clarity.
Shifting from Blame to Vision
To move out of the energy of blame, we need to shift our focus to where we’re heading. Acknowledge the lessons this year has brought you—whether through your mistakes, others’ actions, or even circumstances beyond your control—and then let go of the blame.
From today forward, start fresh. Focus on the vision of the life you want to create.
Visualising Your Future
A great way to do this is by creating a vision board. Gather photos that represent:
- How you want to feel in your body, relationships, or career.
- The energy and experiences you want to manifest in your home life or personal growth.
