Alignment is when we are physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually in harmony within ourselves. Misalignment will lead to setbacks, blocks, chaos, confusion and heartbreak (and we don’t want that!).
As a holistic kinesiologist, reiki practitioner and mindset coach, I know not only how to identify the misalignments, but how to clear them too. With my down-to-Earth, no-BS approach (thanks to an upbringing in rural Australia), there’s only just enough woo-woo to be effective - no fluff (promise).
We will be diving into various energetics topics (with and without podcast guests) so you can discover how to align your energy to what you want, do the inspired actions and become the person you always dreamt of being (whilst enjoying your life along the way!).

Do you feel grounded, secure, and calm in your daily life? Stability is essential for managing stress, maintaining momentum, and creating meaningful change. Without it, we can easily fall into fight-or-flight mode, losing the habits and progress we’ve worked so hard to build.
In today’s episode of the 30-Day Life Reset, we’re exploring how to cultivate physical, mental, and emotional stability. From grounding practices and journaling to creating simple rituals, I’ll guide you through actionable steps to help you feel more connected, balanced, and calm.

Today, we’re focusing on stability. Stability is the foundation for calm, growth, and meaningful change in our lives. Without it, it’s easy to slip into fight-or-flight mode, where stress takes over, and we lose our momentum.
Let’s start by asking: Do you feel grounded and secure in your daily life? Or do you feel like everything is a little chaotic or unsteady?
Stability isn’t just about external circumstances—it’s about how we anchor ourselves internally, mentally, emotionally, and physically. When we feel stable, we’re more resilient, more connected, and better equipped to handle life’s challenges.
How to Cultivate Stability
Here are a few simple but powerful ways to create more stability in your life:
1️⃣ Start or refine daily rituals:
Having rituals to bookend your day is a great way to feel more grounded. In the morning, focus on something that energizes and prepares you for the day—like stretching, a short meditation, or setting intentions. In the evening, choose something that helps you wind down and relax—like journaling, deep breathing, or reading a calming book.
2️⃣ Journal your feelings:
Sometimes, instability comes from within—thoughts and emotions we haven’t fully processed. Journaling is a powerful tool to get those feelings out of your head and onto paper. It helps you uncover internal stressors and shift how you perceive challenges, creating a sense of emotional stability.
3️⃣ Ground yourself physically:
Reconnect with the earth—literally! Take your shoes off and feel the ground beneath your feet, or lie on the grass and let yourself relax. These grounding practices help stabilise your energy and bring you back to the present moment.
Why Stability Matters
When you feel stable, you’re not just surviving—you’re thriving. You can manage stress more effectively, maintain the habits that support your goals, and approach life with a sense of calm and clarity.
