Aligned Energetics
A podcast about how to get what you want…
The aligned way.
It’s not just about what you do.
It’s about who you’re being while you do it.
Whether you want to fall pregnant, lose weight without punishing your body, reconnect with your partner—or finally feel like yourself again—the secret isn’t hustling harder.
It’s getting energetically aligned with what you want.
I’m Kate Kahl—holistic kinesiologist, reiki practitioner and mindset coach—and I help women heal from the inside out: emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually through energetic alignment.
In this podcast, we explore what it really means to be in alignment—why misalignment can show up as anxiety, health issues, burnout, fertility challenges, or body image struggles—and how to gently shift that energy so your life starts flowing again.
I’ll walk you through how to get clear on your desires, dissolve self-sabotage, and finally become the version of you that actually enjoys the life you’re creating.
With or without guests, expect down-to-earth wisdom, just enough woo to get results, and zero fluff.
New episodes every second Tuesday.
Let’s align, do, and become—together.

Intentional Living: Declutter Your Way to Alignment
In this episode, I’m sharing how I’m starting 2025 with a fresh perspective, my word of the year—connection—and why decluttering your space can be so transformative. It’s not just about clearing out the physical stuff; it’s about creating energetic space for the things you truly value and want to invite into your life.
I’ll talk about how to let go of belongings that no longer serve you, how to declutter with intention, and why it’s so important to align your home and life with your core values. Plus, I’m sharing my favorite tips for finding unique treasures, avoiding overconsumption, and even why I’ve traded birthday gifts for meaningful investments like artwork.
This is a cozy, unfiltered chat—just us, sitting on the couch with a cup of tea—about getting clear on what matters and setting the tone for the year ahead. I also mention my free values workbook to help you get started (check the show notes for the link!).
So, grab a cuppa, settle in, and let’s talk about making space for what truly lights you up this year. 💫
I’d love to hear your thoughts, so let me know what you think or if you’ve got any questions. Talk soon! ✨

Choosing a Word for the Year
For the past five or so years, I’ve chosen a word for the year, and it’s been such a powerful way to align my energy and intentions. This year, my word is connection. It’s already challenging me, in a good way, to rethink how I live my life and show up in my business and on this podcast.
Choosing a word might feel like a lot of pressure, but it doesn’t have to be. Just sit quietly, connect with your heart, and trust that the right word will come to you. For me, it was a process. I thought I had my word figured out mentally, but my heart wasn’t on board until one day, connection just dropped in.
Decluttering: A Fresh Start
Now, let’s talk about something that’s been a theme for me lately—decluttering and creating space. There’s something about the start of a new year, especially during summer here in the Southern Hemisphere, that feels perfect for clearing out the old and making room for the new.
Everything in your home holds energy. If you’ve got items that are broken, unused, or tied to negative memories, they could be blocking the flow of fresh, vibrant energy in your life. Letting go of these things is like letting go of old baggage—it creates space for new opportunities and experiences to come in.
Practical Tips for Decluttering
Here’s my challenge for you: over the next month, take a good look around your space. Are there things you’re holding onto out of guilt, regret, or attachment? Maybe it’s time to let them go.
If something still has value, consider donating or selling it, but be mindful—donation centers don’t need ripped or overly worn items. And if you’re buying new things, try secondhand options like Facebook Marketplace or antique stores. You’d be amazed at the treasures you can find!
I’ve also found that creating a home that reflects your values can be incredibly grounding. For me, that means investing in artwork instead of giving or receiving unnecessary gifts. It’s about aligning your space with what truly matters.
A Holistic Approach to Clearing Space
Decluttering isn’t just about physical items; it’s also about creating energetic flow. Open your windows, let in sunlight, and clear stagnant energy. You can even use clearing sprays or techniques like Reiki to energetically refresh secondhand items.
When you align your surroundings with your values and energy, your home becomes a sanctuary that supports your goals and well-being.
Closing Thoughts
I hope this chat inspires you to think more intentionally about what you bring into your space and how you can create room for what truly matters. If you’re unsure of your values, check out the free workbook linked in the show notes—it’s a great starting point.
Thank you for sharing this cozy couch conversation with me today. If you’ve got questions, feedback, or suggestions for future episodes, I’d love to hear from you.
Until next time, take care, and I’ll talk to you soon. Bye!
